Bot Not Responding
Issue: Bot doesn’t respond to commands
Solutions:
- Check if the bot appears in your server’s member list
- Verify bot permissions in the channel
- Ensure the bot has the required permissions:
- Send Messages
- Embed Links
- Read Message History
- Manage Channels
Issue: Bot is offline
Solutions:
- Check the bot’s status on the dashboard
- Wait a few minutes - the bot may be temporarily offline for maintenance
- Check if there are any service announcements
- Contact support if the issue persists
Panel Issues
Issue: Panel button doesn’t work
Solutions:
- Verify the panel was sent to the channel
- Check if the panel is still active
- Ensure the bot has permission to create channels
- Check if you’ve reached the channel limit
Issue: Panel not appearing
Solutions:
- Check if the panel was successfully sent
- Verify the channel ID is correct
