Common issues and their solutions.

Bot Not Responding

Issue: Bot doesn’t respond to commands

Solutions:

  1. Check if the bot appears in your server’s member list
  2. Verify bot permissions in the channel
  3. Ensure the bot has the required permissions:
    • Send Messages
    • Embed Links
    • Read Message History
    • Manage Channels

Issue: Bot is offline

Solutions:

  1. Check the bot’s status on the dashboard
  2. Wait a few minutes - the bot may be temporarily offline for maintenance
  3. Check if there are any service announcements
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Panel Issues

Issue: Panel button doesn’t work

Solutions:

  1. Verify the panel was sent to the channel
  2. Check if the panel is still active
  3. Ensure the bot has permission to create channels
  4. Check if you’ve reached the channel limit

Issue: Panel not appearing

Solutions:

  1. Check if the panel was successfully sent
  2. Verify the channel ID is correct
  3. Ensure the bot has permission to send messages
  4. Try resending the panel from the dashboard

Ticket Issues

Issue: Tickets not being created

Solutions:

  1. Check bot permissions (Manage Channels)
  2. Verify category settings
  3. Check if channel limit is reached
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Issue: Users can’t see tickets

Solutions:

  1. Verify ticket creator permissions
  2. Check category permissions
  3. Ensure admin roles are configured correctly

Dashboard Issues

Issue: Can’t log in to dashboard

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cookies and cache
  2. Try logging in with a different browser
  3. Verify Discord OAuth is configured correctly

Solutions:
