Ticky bot is an AI-powered Discord bot that handles ticket creation, management, and automation.

The Ticky bot provides:

Commands

Ticky includes a comprehensive command system:

  • /close - Close a ticket
  • /reopen - Reopen a closed ticket

  • /rename - Rename a ticket channel

Permissions

Ticky respects Discord permissions:

  • Ticket creators can always access their tickets
  • Server administrators have full access
  • Custom admin roles can be configured
  • Panel admin roles can be set per panel

AI Assistant

Ticky includes an intelligent AI assistant powered by Groq AI:

  • Automatically responds to questions in ticket channels
  • Can be triggered by mentioning the bot or asking questions
  • Trainable with custom knowledge base
  • Configurable system prompts
  • Supports multiple AI models (Llama 3.3 70B, Llama 3.1 8B, Qwen 3 32B)
  • Stays on-topic about Ticky bot and ticket management

Points System

  • Award points when support team members claim tickets
  • Track performance with leaderboards
  • Schedule automatic leaderboard posts
  • Optional point reset on leaderboard send

Auto-Close

  • Automatically close inactive tickets after a configurable period
  • Send warnings before closing
  • Custom warning and close messages
  • Configurable inactive and warning days

Auto-Responder

  • Automatically respond to messages with specific keywords
  • Supports multiple match types: exact, contains, wildcard
  • Multiple auto-responders per server
  • Enable/disable individual responders

AI Training

  • Train the AI assistant with custom question-answer pairs
  • Add context to training data
  • Improve AI responses for your specific use case
