How do I add users to a ticket?
Use /add @username in the ticket channel.

Troubleshooting
Bot is not responding
Check:
- Bot appears in your server’s member list
- Bot has correct permissions
- Bot is in the server
- Wait a few moments and try again
Panel button doesn’t work
Verify:
- Panel was sent successfully
- Bot has permission to create channels
- Channel limit not reached
- Panel is still active
Can’t access dashboard
Try:
- Clear browser cache
- Log out and log back in
- Check Discord OAuth settings
- Verify you have admin permissions
